If you have forgotten your password but still have access to the email address that you used to sign up to the Parent Portal, please fill it in below
Forgotten My Email Address
The email address that you need to sign in is the email address you provided when you created your account. A Verification email was sent to your email address.
If you have confirmed your email address in the past but cannot remember your email address you will need to phone the Registry office (01252 688287 or 01252 688216, 8.30am-4.30pm) to ask them to remind you of your email address.
You will need to answer a couple of security questions in order for them to give you any information. If you do not have access to your email account any more they will be able to change your email for you.
