I haven't received my First Login email...

If you have sent a request for a First Login in the past and not received it yet, please be patient as the Registry Office can become very busy; especially around exam times.

Please note that a first login can only be requested by someone with a verified connection to the student.

If your contact details are not already on file for the student, then we will request that the student gives their consent to have your details added to their record. Once consent has been given, your account will be verified. If we cannot verify your connection to the student, you will be notified.

Once you have been verified, the First Login details will be emailed to the email address we have on file. If you think this address may be incorrect, please contact the Registry Office.
